Long Lunch Gin
Raise a glass to the outback
A little spirit goes a long way.
Long Lunch Gin is a limited-edition collaboration between SJK Collective and BY.ARTISANS, created to raise funds for Outback Futures and support their work in strengthening mental health and wellbeing across rural and remote Queensland.
On 16 October 2026, SJK Collective will bring together clients, colleagues and friends for the SJK Long Lunch, raising funds for Outback Futures. To mark the occasion, we’ve created a gin especially for the event and you can order a bottle of your own.
Crafted by BY.ARTISANS, Long Lunch Gin starts with a distinctly Australian combination of eucalyptus, lemon myrtle, cinnamon myrtle, lavender and wattleseed. An infusion of native strawberry gum adds vibrant berry aromatics and a subtle sweetness, creating a bright, layered gin made for sharing.
Long Lunch Gin is $120 per bottle, with 40% ($48) from every bottle donated directly to Outback Futures.
This is a strictly limited, made-to-order release. Pre-sales close 17 October 2026. Bottles will then be produced to order and will be ready for delivery or collection within two weeks of pre-sales closing.
So pour one with good company, settle in for a long lunch and know that a little spirit goes a long way.

Outback Futures
Outback Futures is a not-for-profit working towards a stronger mental health and wellbeing future for Australia’s outback.
Established in 2013 in response to an urgent need for mental and allied health support in rural and remote Queensland, the organisation works alongside communities to renew hope, build resilience and strengthen community. Its approach combines accessible allied and mental health services with longer-term community wellbeing initiatives, with programs shaped by the needs and ideas of the bush communities themselves. Â
Today, Outback Futures works across multiple local government areas in Western Queensland, providing support through face-to-face clinics and its Stay With Me telehealth service.
Their vision is for rural and remote communities to have the confidence and tools to identify and address their own mental health and wellbeing challenges, now and into the future. Â

Additional Information
Partnership structure
Long Lunch Gin is produced in collaboration with SJK Collective. For each bottle sold, $48 is paid to Outback Futures and their work strengthening mental health and wellbeing in remote Queensland communities.
It ensures the partnership is transparent, compliant with Australian tax and consumer law, and focused on measurable impact.
How funds are transferred
At the conclusion of the pre-order period, BY.ARTISANS will reconcile total bottle sales and remit an amount calculated as $48 x total number of bottles sold, to Outback Futures.
Production and sustainability
Long Lunch Gin is produced only after the pre-order period closes on 17 October 2026. This approach avoids overproduction and waste, ensuring bottles are made specifically to meet demand rather than speculative volume.
A maximum of 200 bottles will be produced as part of this release. Once the release is complete, no additional bottles will be made.
Delivery and collection
Bottles are expected to be ready for dispatch or collection from approximately 1 November 2026. Customers will receive confirmation once production is complete and orders are ready to ship or collect.
Important note on tax deductibility
The purchase of Long Lunch Gin is not tax-deductible for customers. If customers wish to make a tax-deductible donation, this must be done directly with Outback Futures.
