Course Outline:

• Welcome drink and tour of BY.ARTISANS' distillery and workshop
• Introduction to gin, its history, and the distillation process
• Overview of botanicals used in gin making, focusing on their characteristics and effects on flavour
• Guided tasting to understand the role of each botanical
• Blending session where participants create their own gin from pre-distilled botanical gins
• Customisation of labels for participants' gin bottles
• Take home your custom 700ml bottle of gin

Duration: 90 minutes
