Course Outline:
- Welcome drink and tour of BY.ARTISANS' distillery and workshop
- Introduction to gin, its history, and the distillation process
- Overview of botanicals used in gin making, focusing on their characteristics and effects on flavour
- Guided blending session where participants create their own gin with pre-distilled botanical tinctures
- Customisation of labels for participants' gin bottles
- Take home your custom 200ml bottle of gin
Duration: 90 minutes
Conditions: Participants must by at least 18 years of age

- Masterclasses run as group sessions. Out of respect for all participants, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late we’ll need to reschedule your booking.
