Each spring, Brisbane bursts into purple. Streets glow under the jacarandas; a sure sign it’s time to slow down, look up, and take it all in. Jacaranda Gin is our way of bottling that feeling.
Made with a mix of native botanicals including lemon myrtle, eucalyptus, native ginger, and a touch of butterfly pea flower for that unmistakable lilac hue, it’s floral, fresh, and just a little bittersweet. A squeeze of citrus lifts the palate, while gentle earthy notes keep it grounded and smooth.
Foraged from the University of Queensland grounds and dressed in artwork created by the university's Design Department, Jacaranda Gin celebrates the city that inspired it. Add tonic and watch it blush pink. The perfect toast to jacaranda season.
