Crafted in collaboration with Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, this special release gin begins its journey with repurposed eucalyptus leaves from the sanctuary's plantations. Each leaf contributes a bold, aromatic foundation, complemented with carefully chosen Australian botanicals. Lemon myrtle brings a distinct, fresh zest, setting a vibrant tone. Cinnamon myrtle offers a subtle, sweet spice, a unique twist on traditional flavours. Lavender adds a soft floral touch, providing a calming contrast, while wattleseed introduces a depth with its chocolate and coffee notes, finishing the blend with a rich, smooth texture.
5% of all proceeds will be donated to registered wildlife charities and research groups focused on koala studies and wildlife conservation, ensuring the protection of these beloved animals and their habitats.

The Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary Gin is a unique blend that honours the natural rhythms of the sanctuary and the eucalyptus trees that sustain it. Before sunrise each day, the sanctuary’s plantations are carefully harvested for the choicest young eucalyptus leaves, which are freshly fed to the sanctuary's koalas. Our beloved marsupials are notoriously fussy eaters, selecting only the most tender leaves, leaving behind a significant amount of untouched foliage. Rather than let this resource go to waste, we give the leaves a second life by repurposing them for our gin. The leftover leaves are meticulously sorted, cleaned, and then infused into the distillation process, where they form the aromatic backbone of this special release gin.
As part of our dedication to sustainability, any waste from the distillation process is returned to the earth as mulch, nourishing the very trees that continue this life cycle.
